Hi, It is recommended to rest winsock and TCP/IP stack to troubleshoot the issue. Suggestion: =============== 1. Click on the Start Button and type CMD in Search Bar. Right click on the Command Prompt shortcut and select Run As Administrator. 2. In the command prompt window that opens, run the following commands: netsh winsock reset catalog netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log 3. Reset the computer. Does it work? If any error message was encountered and the issue still persists, please let me know the detail error message. Thanks.

No resetting catalog and logs did not work. I had to reinstall the OS to get it working. Though any further assistance on this issue will be helpful just in case this this pops up again.
